Portuguese Language World Day

The Belgian-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce (CCBP) and the Embassy of the Republic of Angola to the Kingdom of Belgium, as acting President of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CPLP) have the pleasure to invite you to participate at the seminar “Tourism in Portuguese language - tourism as a driving force to promote the Lusophone language and culture”. The event will take place on May 5th 2023, between 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM, at the ACP headquarters in Brussels, Rue de l’Aqueduc 118, 1050 Brussels.

This annual event, which is part of the official celebrations of UNESCO’s World Portuguese Language Day, aims to promote and reinforce the importance of the Portuguese language on the global scene, through the sharing of ideas, practices and know-how of the participants and, at the same time, to strengthen the network of commercial and cultural agents of Lusophony in Brussels and the region.

The event will be followed by a reception with live music, food and drinks from the Member States of the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries.
